It’s 100% free to join Pulse Perks and there aren’t any additional costs to earning points or redeeming your rewards.

Points only expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, all you have to do is place an order to earn or redeem points.

Earning points is easy! You’ll earn points for every dollar spent, for referring friends, leaving reviews, subscribing to a product, and more. View our loyalty tiers above (Eucalyptus, Lavender, and Rose) to see the full list of benefits per tier. 

Once your review is verified, you will earn your points For each review, you’ll earn 20 Pulse Points. If your review includes a photo, you’ll earn 10 additional Pulse Points. If your review includes a video, you’ll earn 20 additional Pulse Points.

One review per product is eligible for rewards. Photos and videos on reviews must showcase the product in some way in order to be eligible for points.

In your loyalty account menu here: https://urbanpulseco.com/my-account/loyalty-program/ Click “Refer a Friend”. Simply copy your code and send it to a friend via text, email, social media, etc. Your friend will get $15 off their first order and you’ll receive a $15 coupon code for each successful referral. 

A successful referral is when your friend makes their first purchase using your referral link/code. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards you can redeem.

We love treating our loyalty members to special discounts and freebies. These are a handful of member exclusives that we host throughout the year:

• 2x points days so you earn double the points on your purchase
• Exclusive friends and family sales giving you access to secret coupon codes just for being a loyalty member
• To celebrate business milestones, we’ll pick a loyalty member at random and refund their recent purchase so they get that order 100% for FREE
• On big holiday weekends, we’ll toss a freebie in loyalty member orders. These could be testers of new not yet released products, limited edition releases, or extras of your most loved product

You’ll automatically enroll in the next tier once you spend enough to qualify for that level.

The Eucalyptus tier is where you start. To earn the Lavender tier, you just need to spend $250 within a rolling 12 month period. When you spend $500 within a rolling 12 month period, you’ll jump to our highest level, Rose.
