Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Shipping times vary by location and time of the year. During checkout you’ll see an estimated transit time next to the selected shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 days after its shipped. 

Q: How much will my order cost to ship?
A: All US domestic orders $65+ ship for free. All other orders shipping charges are calculated by weight and vary based on the size of your order. Estimated shipping charges are available on the cart and checkout pages.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Due to the evolving nature of tariffs and international shipping, we’re currently only shipping to the US and Canada. Please feel free to email us at danielle@urbanpulseco.com if you have a request for an international order.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: You will receive an email upon shipment containing your tracking number and order information.
